Coaching

Clarity of direction. Taking action. Learning new approaches. Achieving these goals is not always easy. Reflecting on where you are and then moving towards where you want to be can be boosted through the guidance of a coach.

What areas can Coaching help me with?

  • New approaches for dealing with conflict

You will have the opportunity to clarify your purpose and develop clear action steps. Receiving feedback along the way will help to reinforce positive change and broaden your perspective beyond any personal "blind spots".

How long does it take?

This will depend on the goals that are established in the first session. It is common to expect between five to ten sessions. Initially the sessions would be weekly and this can then extend to fortnightly or monthly.

“Check up” sessions are also highly beneficial to provide a strong base for sustaining positive behaviours, new ways of thinking and feeling.
