This 1 Day Workshop focuses on providing practical skills that will prevent escalation of conflict and build positive working relationships.

This 1 Day Workshop is for managers and team leaders whose role requires them to resolve disagreements and conflicts between staff. Effectively managing these situations involves helping team members to understand one another and to overcome the negative communication patterns that arise from conflict.
Courageous Conversations - Effective Feedback at Work
When we need to have a difficult conversation it is understandable to experience some awkwardness. The Workshop addresses the tools for initiating and undertaking a difficult conversation in a way that does not undermine the working relationship. We look at how to prepare for the conversation; delivering a clear message; how to stay firm in the face of resistance; and maintaining respect.
Facilitation Skills for Group Conflict and Discussions
Quality skills in facilitating as a third party are critical to achieving constructive discussions when:
- There are many parties involved, each with differing views and communication styles
- The level of conflict is so high that the parties find it difficult to effectively negotiate

A wokshop designed to assist HR staff to negotiate one-to-one workplace issues (e.g. salary for new staff) and large scale negotiations (e.g. workplace agreements).
